How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery takes 2–3 working days. International orders typically arrive within 5–7 working days. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, or other carriers like DPD. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £39.99. Standard UK delivery is £3.99. International shipping starts from £9.99.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Are your fragrances authentic?

Absolutely. Every fragrance at Oud Empire is 100% authentic, sourced directly from trusted Middle Eastern wholesalers. Authenticity is something we take seriously — you will never receive anything less than the real thing.

How long do ouds last on skin?

Arabian ouds are renowned for their exceptional longevity. Most of our fragrances will last anywhere from 6 to 12 hours on skin, with some leaving a trail well beyond that. It is one of the things that makes oud truly special.

What is the difference between EDP and oil based oud?

Eau de Parfum (EDP) is an alcohol based spray, ideal for everyday wear and easy application. Oil based oud is more traditional, applied directly to the skin and tends to be richer, warmer and longer lasting. Both are beautiful — it comes down to personal preference.

How do I choose the right scent?

How does the Mystery Box work?

Our Oud Essentials Mystery Box is a curated selection of premium Arabian fragrances handpicked by us. Simply choose your preferred scent family at checkout and we will do the rest.

Can I choose my scent family?

Yes — that is what makes our Mystery Box different. You are not buying blind. You choose your scent profile from options including sweet, woody, fresh and more, and we curate your box around that preference.

How many items are included?

Each Mystery Box contains up to 5 items with a combined value of £50 or more. The exact value may vary per box but you will always receive more than you paid for.

Is the Mystery Box a good gift?

Our Mystery Box has quickly become one of our most gifted offerings — chosen by customers who want to give something rare, personal and unforgettable.

Returns & Issues

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original condition. To initiate a return please contact us at enquire.oudempire@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will prioritize your case immediately and ensure it is resolved with care.

What if I don’t like my scent?

We understand that fragrance is deeply personal. If you are unhappy with your scent we encourage you to reach out to us directly — we will always do our best to find a solution. Please note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on opened or used fragrances unless the item is faulty or damaged.
